This policy explains how EdenLaMame Farm Resort (“EdenLaMame”, “we”) collects and uses personal data when you use this website. We process personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

Order details: products, quantities, prices, delivery address, phone number and delivery notes, which you send us on WhatsApp.
Payment status: you pay us by bank transfer. This website never asks for or stores card or bank details.
Messages you send us on WhatsApp, phone or email.
Basic, anonymous usage statistics if analytics is enabled, used only to improve the website.

Why we use it

To process, confirm, deliver and support your orders (performance of a contract).
To keep records for accounting and tax (legal obligation).
To prevent fraud and keep our systems secure (legitimate interest).
To send updates about the farm resort, only if you ask us to (consent).

Who we share it with

Only with service providers we need to run the service: our database and hosting providers, and delivery partners who need your name, phone number and address to deliver. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, and to withdraw consent for updates. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
